Points for trying!
I can see the effort that went into this, but i have to say, it really isn't that great. The harmony that starts around 1:10 just sounds bad, and the melody instrument is just too strummyful. However, the random tech noises are pretty nice!

A pretty melody
I liked the image of the girl 'standing on the edge of the ocean crying those tears,' but the rest of the image you 'painted' wasn't so good. I'd liken it more to crying, and considering suicide.

Brings back memories, but it felt a bit choppy. Didn't sound like someone playing guitar or whatev instrument it is, but really truly feels like a computer. Try to make more...organic.
